When you place an order on the Hello Polly website, which includes sending a payment, it is deemed binding.
PRICE All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. All prices shown per item exclude delivery costs.
PAYMENT Payment for all goods must be made in advance by credit/debit card or Paypal at the time of ordering. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and any other cards available through Paypal.
Hello Polly will not disclose, to any third parties, your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you first.
Hello Polly takes online security very seriously. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. All reasonable endeavours have been made to ensure that all transaction information is encrypted and we manually check every order that comes through our secure ANZ egate system.
We aim to have all orders shipped within 3 working days from when the order is received, however it is often sooner. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent. Any delivery timescales quoted are an indication only. As most of the items are from limited editions, handmade or one offs, we may at times sell out or be out of stock. In this case, we will advise you of a delivery date.
We deal with every return enquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible.
You must get in touch with us within 10 days from receipt of receiving the goods. The sooner we hear from you, the more chance we have in rectifying any issues that may have arisen. We aim to make all Hello Polly customers happy, not only with the products they are receiving, but also the service they receive from the Hello Polly team.

As Australian Consumer Law Sates, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it had they known about it.
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
You have 28 days from the date of order to return any unwanted items to us (please note, that you must first contact us within the 10 day period mentioned above). You must to return it to us on the original condition. Please keep proof of your purchase.
